Mostly Amazing, adapted well to putting everything online. Unfortunately however there seem to be some glitches in communication if you call up.... I’m not sure where the Call centre is based and everyone uses been really nice to speak to But it has been difficult to communicate properly due to language barriers on a couple of occasions and it is difficult then to escalate the issue as there is only so much the call centre can do or provide. I am aware that corona has affected everything, I’m just stuck in the middle of a couple of claims at the moment which has never happened before and During this time, every penny counts to me so it’s immensely frustrating not having a good communication route Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

our cat has been having a particular allergic reaction affecting his eyes. It took a lot of tests and visits to the vets to come to a conclusion. we have had no issues claiming the vet fees back and it has been a pretty costly road. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

A real plus is that the vets handle the paperwork.. If there are any questions I get a prompt email or phone call. The policy is very clear in what it will cover and what it won't cover. So no nasty surprises. An excellent company! Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

This company is not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for. We have both a cat and dog on insurance plans with Pet Plan and we have never been disappointed by the service or care that they provide when you are at your lowest point when your pet is sick or hurt.
