Roxies bad leg

It was amazing petplan paid out took alot ov my worries away Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

No hidden clauses

Pet plan is the only pet insurance where there isn’t clauses for this that and the other ! They pay the vets bill straight away and make it clear on what u pay and what they pay! It is a bit more expensive but it worth if ur pet should get ill! Company’s that tell u it’s cheap there is always a catch !! Pet plan is honest ! Which gets my vote ! Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Pet Plan really cares about my pets.

I have two old spaniels one is nearly 14 yrs old and the other 13 yrs old and unfortunately their health now is not the best. Pet Plan have been wonderful when I have to claim for their medications and without them I would be at a loss as to how I could afford their treatments.My dogs are re-homers and I have had them for many years now I also have a bijhon frese who is blind my oldest spaniel is now blind also..I also have two cats which are re-homers and fortunately up until now they have kept good health but I know that if and when the time comes then Pet Plan will be there for us. Excellent provifer

Always had Petplan, now on my 4th dog. Always compassionate, only contact when absolutely necessary. Payment direct to vet, hassle free at times when you're more concerned about your pet. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

You get what it says on the tin.

Petplan is very upfront. It is honest about what is insured and what isn’t covered. They pay out promptly My vets practice use there direct claim line so they do all the form filling For me and liaise with Petplan on my behalf. Win win Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Brilliant when you need them the most.

Mostly Amazing

Mostly Amazing, adapted well to putting everything online. Unfortunately however there seem to be some glitches in communication if you call up.... I’m not sure where the Call centre is based and everyone uses been really nice to speak to But it has been difficult to communicate properly due to language barriers on a couple of occasions and it is difficult then to escalate the issue as there is only so much the call centre can do or provide. I am aware that corona has affected everything, I’m just stuck in the middle of a couple of claims at the moment which has never happened before and During this time, every penny counts to me so it’s immensely frustrating not having a good communication route Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Very happy so far

our cat has been having a particular allergic reaction affecting his eyes. It took a lot of tests and visits to the vets to come to a conclusion. we have had no issues claiming the vet fees back and it has been a pretty costly road. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020
