Easy claims and sorted for life

My little cat got herself into bother very young and now needs medication for the rest of her life. PetPlan means I don't need to worry because she is covered for life and I always receive my claims shortly after my vets put them in. Reviewed on: 30th August 2019

Easy to set up

Having never had pet insurance before we wanted the best for our dog and did a lot of homework, so chose pet plan. Insurance is only as good as when you need it so let's hope we don't. Reviewed on: 30th August 2019

I've had to deal with the pet plan customer advisors in the past with the death of my pets. They have been amazing at this distressing time and made a painful process easy to deal with. I can't thank them enough and would never use another insurer for my pets. Reviewed on: 29th August 2019

It is so easy to understand and if you need to contact them they are really helpful and they really know their job. They don't mind if they have to repeat themselves if you don't understand anything and you can called them any time if you have any questions. They are FIRST CLASS with their service. We have been with Petplan since adopting our crossbreed 5.5 years ago. Petplan have always been on hand to deal with any queries, and paid when we've sadly had to claim and always in a friendly and efficient manner to help ease the stress. Reviewed on: 29th August 2019

No hassle pet insurance

My cat had a nasty accident and his jaw was broken. He had multiple visits to a specialist and I had nothing but support from Pet Plan. They made interim payments to cover costs as treatment continued - all paid quickly and efficiently. Reviewed on: 29th August 2019

proper insurance

My current cat is hale and hearty, however when my previous cat needed medical assistance for terminal cancer Pet Plan provided compassionate and practical advice. When he died there was more compassionate advice as well as a kindly letter sending condolences. Most insurance companies are happy to insure so long as you don't need to claim; that has not been my experience with Pet Plan. Vets trust them too. So when my current bundle of fun came to live with me it was an obvious choice to insure with Pet Plan Reviewed on: 29th August 2019
