Just a bit pricey compared to other insurance companies

Great service and prompt pay out on claims but the premiums do rise significantly as the dog ages. Most vets will accept direct payment via PetPlan reducing the need to pay large amounts of money up front and claim it back later. Would definitely recommend PetPlan to people looking for lifetime cover but would caution that premiums can rise quite significantly at renewal. Reviewed on: 1st September 2019

The only insurance I would trust

I have had 4 dogs over the previous 19 years which have each had a Petplan policy. I have been very impressed with the speed, professionalism and compassion by which the Petplan team have dealt with me each time I have needed them. The policies are good value for money and have covered all my needs, especially with my first dog requiring yearly treatment throughout her life. Thank you! Reviewed on: 31st August 2019

Pet plan have always been so easy to deal with and have paid out promptly on every claim I have made. If I'm unsure about what's covered I just ring them and their friendly, helpful staff have always answered my queries with no fuss. Great company to deal with. Reviewed on: 31st August 2019

I always find Petplan extremely professional and reliable. The communication is superb and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Claims are reviewed and settled within days. Affordable comprehensive insurance backed up by great service when I've had occasion to use it. On those occasions no delay in endorsing the claim and in the subsequent refund. This is backed up by an great newsletter with useful and interesting advice. Reviewed on: 31st August 2019

Value for money insurance

When my jack resell Chillie ran into the frame of my patio door which was on the ground ready to be fitted, she had broken her upper jaw just under her nose, also she had lost or broken some teeth, Pet Plan paid her fees very quickly, I have been very happy with with the service I have recieved Reviewed on: 31st August 2019
