unlike others I find they have no hidden limits, I've not been stung when trying to claim and they are always so sympathetic to me when claiming as it is a really difficult time! It is more expensive but I think you get what you pay for. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2019

Quick, reliable and efficient

Why Petplan is the best

I have been with Petplan for over 20 years and have insured all of my cats with them. They have always been fair and are quick to sort any claims or problems out. My dog is insured by another company and is now 13 years old and although she is in great health I wish I had insured her with Petplan as her insurers are no where near as interested in her or their customers as I have experienced with Petplan.
