I now have a new young dog so haven’t had to claim, but with my last dog Sion I had him insured until he was sixteen and had some lifelong claims which you never quibbled over and you never refused a claim I made. Pet Plan have been fantastic and I recommend them to all my pet owning friends. Reviewed on: 4th September 2019

Pet Plan team were very helpful and professional. Informative and explained everything.

I was worried that Everything would be difficult to understand but the Pet Plan team were very informative and explained everything easily to me. I have heard from a lot of people that Pet Plan is the best insurance for Pets . I wanted my new puppy to receive the best care and help. Plus all the animal shows on television advertise Pet Plan. unlike others I find they have no hidden limits, I've not been stung when trying to claim and they are always so sympathetic to me when claiming as it is a really difficult time! It is more expensive but I think you get what you pay for. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2019
