I've been paying monthly payment for a few years at petplan had no problems with my cat ,as soon as I needed to claim as my cat wasn't well spoke to petplan their sort it with my vet and my bill was paid .Petplan customer service was very considerate ,helpful,calm as i wasnt. When my mischievous little puppy had to undergo surgery twice due to eating socks Petplan where there to cover the cost of everything from the consultation to the operation itself.
