May not be the cheapest but certainly the best

I made a large claim of just under £4k.I admit I did send lots of additional information and always pre warned Pet Plan of any likely future complications. They did not ask me to do this, I did it as courtesy. I was amazed all the bills were paid efficiently. It helped to sooth my heartache over my poorly cat. Unfortunately, he lost his battle with acute kidney failure but Pet Plan gave him a chance at survival and gave us extra time together. Reviewed on: 29th August 2019

I’ve always had good experiences with pet plan but they are quite a bit more pricey than other providers and despite no claims being made it has gone up by over £100 this year if continue my policy with them. Reviewed on: 29th August 2019

Quick and simple claim . With a very quick and informed payout.

When we had to make a claim when our dog was poorly pet plan were really understanding. A few days later they phoned to see how Frank was and that meant a lot to me. On my birthday this year I received a bunch of flowers on behalf of Petplan from our dog. Such a lovely gesture, it really was a lovely surprise. Little acts of kindness like that make you want to stay with an insurance company you can trust. Reviewed on: 28th August 2019

I have been useing pet plan for my pets insurance since I was 17 yrs old I m nearly 50 yrs now . they have always had above excellent customer service always been helpful kind and understanding I cannot fault them in any way they are the only pet insurance I recomend .Their cover for life policies really are cover for life Reviewed on: 28th August 2019
