Petplan are understanding and caring

When we had to make a claim when our dog was poorly pet plan were really understanding. A few days later they phoned to see how Frank was and that meant a lot to me. On my birthday this year I received a bunch of flowers on behalf of Petplan from our dog. Such a lovely gesture, it really was a lovely surprise. I have been useing pet plan for my pets insurance since I was 17 yrs old I m nearly 50 yrs now . they have always had above excellent customer service always been helpful kind and understanding I cannot fault them in any way they are the only pet insurance I recomend .Their cover for life policies really are cover for life Reviewed on: 28th August 2019
