Future proofing our cat

Our experience with Pet Plan has been outstanding. From one of our cats having a serious injury on Christmas day (nothing was too much trouble) to being very understanding when I had to call on another occasion as the sister cat had passed away and needed to take her off the insurance. Simple, reliable and dependable

I have been using petplan for the past 5 or 6 years. They alway process claims very quickly, are upfront at all times about what they do or do not cover or pay for. I have a cat with long term conditions, she fairly regularly has pain events which are awful to deal with. She is now classed as a veteran so we pay 20% of all claims, but having petplan to fall back on has really helped with the stressful times when we have to rush her to the vet Reviewed on: 28th August 2019

Efficient dealings with our claims

Both our dogs are insured with Petplan. This year both have required surgery. Our claims were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. It was a very stress free process at a time when we were stressed about our dogs surgery and recovery. Reviewed on: 28th August 2019

I find Pet Plan very easy to deal with and like the way they communicate with their customers. Making a claim is very straightforward and they keep you informed. I like their newsletters too and they are clearly passionate about pets. Reviewed on: 28th August 2019

Petplan is like a comfort blanket..

My dogs have been helped by my vet and the stress of funding the help were taken away by Petplan..... it may be expensive but I love my pets obviously ....making it worth it. Reviewed on: 28th August 2019

Petplan are efficient, thorough and cover virtually all claims.

I used Petplan for two cats and their claims have always been met. If there is a query, it goes back to the vet for clarification. They cover dental problems which many insurers don't. It gives great peace of mind because vet bills can escalate. Would not be without Petplan. Reviewed on: 28th August 2019

Petplan - More than just a 'company'

Pet owners need to know that their pets will have the best and longest care package for their pet's needs. Petplan is always at the end of the phone to help with day to day worries and alleviate that biggest worry of pet owners, the continuous care if our pets become longterm ill. They have the best animal behaviourists on hand with advice on how to handle your pets emotional needs. Claims are handles quickly and effectively. Excellent service!

I knew I had chosen the right company to cover my cats from the start. A simple phone call to an adviser talked me through the correct plan for both my cats. When I needed to claim they were efficient and my local vet even claimed for me with a prompt payment into my account. I enjoy the newsletter emails I receive and find them informative and helpful.
