Excellent service!

5
I knew I had chosen the right company to cover my cats from the start. A simple phone call to an adviser talked me through the correct plan for both my cats. When I needed to claim they were efficient and my local vet even claimed for me with a prompt payment into my account. I enjoy the newsletter emails I receive and find them informative and helpful. Also this is a great way of feeling valued as a customer. Reviewed on: 28th August 2019

Simply the best

Been with Petplan since 1988 when I took first adopted two rescue cats. Many years later I still find them kind, helpful, understanding and most importantly efficient. My current feline family release their inner tiger by purring they're GRRRRReat Reviewed on: 28th August 2019

Hassle free claims

Unfortunately my dog has had several problems and I have had to rely on insurance to help care for her. Petplan has been hassle free and the claim process so easy. I would always use petplan insurance Reviewed on: 28th August 2019

support when needed

Petplan has been a security blanket for me when I have needed to cope with vet bills - it is one less thing to worry about when I have been already distraught over an injured or dying pet. Reviewed on: 28th August 2019

Fast and Efficient

We took out insurance with Petplan when we got our 2 kittens a year and a half ago. Unfortunately we had to use our insurance after just a few months as one of the kittens was sick. We just filled in the form, took it to the vet to fill in the rest and sent it to Petplan. We had been compensated within a couple of weeks and the whole process was hassle free. The monthly cost is affordable and definitely worth it. We will continue to use Petplan for all our pets and future pets! Reviewed on: 28th August 2019

Addie's clinginess!

5
Addie is rather clingy, but seems to be settled when we, my wife and I have to leave him in the house alone. He does not display problems such as damaging furniture etc. However when we return home even after a very short time or returning from brief work in the garden , the welcome we get is completely over the top. He "gently" takes hold of my fingers and pulls me into the house and this goes on for a while until he seemingly realises we are here to stay. It is very touching but a little bit sad. We cannot let him off the lead in the garden as he immediately digs the place up---he is a terrier of the West Highland variety. I suspect that this over the top welcome we get is maybe a symptom of separation anxiety? When away which is rare as we are both of retired age, he is probably on our minds and maybe we suffer from separation anxiety? Duncan Watson Reviewed on: 28th August 2019

Price increases

Why when I have not made a claim was my policy increased by £60.00. No. Ongoing problem ‘so had to start a new policy. Not a good practice by the time megs ten. My policy would be £. Thousands.? Reviewed on: 28th August 2019

Great all round service

I love the emails giving information on bonding with my dog and fun ways to jazz up play time. Petplan give you so much more than just insurance although that's great too. Peace of mind to know that whatever happens Petplan will be there invaluable Reviewed on: 28th August 2019
