Pet Plan have been great with me and my dogs

During Sasha's last year, my vets provided excellent care and sorted out the claims to pet plan. I also received condolences from pet plan after I lost her. The process was hassle free at a time when you really need everything else to go smoothly. Reviewed on: 29th July 2022

Top Marks for Petplan!

Quick and efficient claim processing which my vet sends electronically and whilst Petplan might not be the cheapest, with life long conditions covered, it gives me the reassurnce to know my beloved pets are insured for whatever treatment they need. Reviewed on: 29th July 2022

Brilliant at settling claims, without fuss

Archie has had two claims for removal of bad teeth. Pet Plan were very helpful with straight forward advice and quickly agreed for the vet to operate. Reviewed on: 29th July 2022

Easy to claim and prompt payment

Both my last dog and the one I have now have had medical issues. Petplan have always paid promptly for all of the claims without question. They also do not increase your payments because of the claims no matter how many you make. Reviewed on: 29th July 2022

More than just an insurance company

Dealt with the treatment and cremation of our elderly cat efficiently and sympathetically. The monthly e-magazine has given us relevant and interesting advice to aid the care of our new kitten. Always friendly and efficient payouts. Reviewed on: 29th July 2022

Most important to me

My cats are my saviour always there to comfort, cheer me up. Especially at times of ill health. So when my eldest cat became I'll so did I emotionally. Pet plan gave advice on the net and the financial help when needed. I didnt have to worry So I could spend the time with my friend, my loved one, to care / nurse him back to full health. Human compassionate help

I’ve had to use my insurance several times. I always find the customer service very helpful,but also a human being who is thoughtful and knowledgable. I’ve never been transferred or put on hold. Payment arrives quickly and without fuss. Reviewed on: 28th July 2022
