Easy communication, great help tondestress in stressful situations

When needed the insurance because of an emergency operatiom on our cat they did not discussed, when a cat died within a car accident, they refund the insurance fee without asking. It is especially within those situation no one want to discuss with any insurance. And the seam to know tat. Very much appreciated. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2022

Petplan have a reputation for being the best and for good reason. They are totally professional yet friendly to deal with. You would think all this made them the most expensive, but they remain competitive and fair. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2022

Fab company!

My bun had an overnight stay in hospital and it was very stressful and upsetting. I paid upfront to the hospital and vetinary surgery to get him the emergency care. Once he had recovered and was home the claims was very simple and was paid very quickly. It was nice to have a smooth easy claim after an upsetting experience. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2022

Having previously worked in a veterinary practice dealing with insurance claims and as a pet owner for over 20 years I always recommend Petplan. I have seen how they deal with both sides of the coin and would not insure my pets with any other company. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2022

Masters of patience

I have recently insured our new addition to the family, a puppy sister of our 18 months old JRT Monty who has also been insured with Petplan all his life. There were some issues with the phone connection as we were going through all the paperwork and numbers, so I had to repeat some information a few times. The lady on the phone was ever so patient and we ended up laughing about the whole situation in the end. Amazing customer service! We have been lucky never needing to claim anything, but I am confident that if that was ever the case, the process would be smooth and straightforward. Reviewed on: 1st August 2022
