Fantastic service

Family have always used pet plan for all their pets and the service has always been amazing. Now myself and my partner have our own dog there wasn’t much question as to who I would be choosing to insure her! Reviewed on: 22nd November 2021

This is a must have for dog lovers

On 3occasions I have had a dog in need of urgent out-of-hours care and follow up treatment. So far the payments to the vet have been prompt and without any unnecessary form filling by myself. Even if I never had a claim I know how quickly vets fees and medication rise, often into thousands of pounds. I love my dogs and they are worth everything to me. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2021

Excellent service and payments

Several accidents but rapid insurance repayment handled in conjunction with the veterinary practice made the traumas less traumatic thanks to Petplan. Reviewed on: 21st November 2021

Could not do better

Our Dog required corrective surgery for a deformed back leg (Per Varus). This company is superb in the way they handle claims - they dealt with the Veterinary surgery themselves with no real input from us - excellent and stress free. Very, very impressed. Reviewed on: 20th November 2021

Amazing insurer

Amazing insurer, never had any problems with them. I can claim directly from my vets so all I have to pay is the excess fee and they deal with the rest. Reviewed on: 17th November 2021

Super efficient with claims, very easy to claim. Staff are caring, friendly, and professional. Would not insure with anyone else

I have four pets insured with Petplan, 3 cats and a dog. Petplan has been so efficient I have only needed minimal contact with them as there are never any issues. They have made the claims process so simple, and for someone like me who isn’t a fan of calling and speaking on the phone they are a dream. Over-exceeded my expectations

Petplan's customer service is friendly and efficient. I am with Cat Clinic and I could make q direct claim. When I had to take my cats to the hospital Petplan delt with the case very quickly and I got my money back in 7 days. Reviewed on: 16th November 2021
