Reasuring

Pet plan is not onky reasuring but comforting and enjoyable. They send reminders on my Pups milestones such as vaccine dates, health check ups and advice on how to toilet train and basical training advice. Reviewed on: 24th November 2021

This is a must have for dog lovers

On 3occasions I have had a dog in need of urgent out-of-hours care and follow up treatment. So far the payments to the vet have been prompt and without any unnecessary form filling by myself. Even if I never had a claim I know how quickly vets fees and medication rise, often into thousands of pounds. I love my dogs and they are worth everything to me. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2021

Excellent service and payments

Several accidents but rapid insurance repayment handled in conjunction with the veterinary practice made the traumas less traumatic thanks to Petplan. Reviewed on: 21st November 2021

Could not do better

Our Dog required corrective surgery for a deformed back leg (Per Varus). This company is superb in the way they handle claims - they dealt with the Veterinary surgery themselves with no real input from us - excellent and stress free. Very, very impressed. Reviewed on: 20th November 2021

Amazing insurer

Amazing insurer, never had any problems with them. I can claim directly from my vets so all I have to pay is the excess fee and they deal with the rest. Reviewed on: 17th November 2021
