I’ve never had pet insurance before, but decided to obtain for our new puppy, he fell very ill and the vets and pet plan were brilliant no hassle stress free and a happy heathy little fur baby at the end of it. I decided to try this company when my new dog arrived. I found the log-in simple and self explanatory and, once I had created Misty's account, it is easy to follow their instructions & advice whether asking for general information or placing a claim. Lovely folk on the end of the phone too! Excellent company which meets our needs, it's ideal for Misty and me. Reviewed on: 27th November 2021

Petplan are a first class company the staff are excellent the policy is spot on and they don’t quibble when you put a claim in they pay the vets fees promptly which is good for everyone concerned would highly recommend this company and believe me I have tried many others over the years .
