I have been with Petplan for many years and it now that my pets are aging with medical problems that I can confidently say my Petplan insurance is worth every penny. My claims have been paid promptly with a break down. I feel very reassured that I am able to help my pets as best as I can without the worry of not being able to fund their treatment. We were given 4 weeks free cover when we picked up our new pup and after talking with friends, who are existing Petplan customers, we decided to continue with the policy. It was easy to apply and the customer services team we're extremely professional and helpful when we needed their assistance. I haven't given full stars yet as I'm a new customer but I'm sure we won't be disappointed! Reviewed on: 21st September 2021

I can’t praise them enough. You have a poorly pet, the last thing you want is fighting a claim. Petplan is brilliant you put you claim in ,they deal with your vet and claim is paid. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Reviewed on: 21st September 2021

Best pet insurance ever!

My dog developed a serious ongoing condition and Petplan have been with me every step of the way, supporting his hospital treatment and ongoing medication. Very helpful and friendly advisors have made this horrible and scary time a little less awful Reviewed on: 21st September 2021
