Whilst you pay a little more for their cover the service you receive is second to none and well worth paying the extra in premiums. This is my second pet I have insured with Petplan & on the first I had to claim on a regular basis & claims were always paid without any question & speedy. Would highly recommend to any pet owner to use this company for their pet insurance needs. Reviewed on: 14th September 2021

I joined petplans lifetime plan and the service had been nothing short of fantastic, I work in IT so I value uex for customer portals, with petplan everything's where it should be and your policy and or claim information is easy to find. I have to add the little guides and advice to assist with keeping your pet gappy and healthy are a lovely bonus to an already stellar service. Reviewed on: 14th September 2021

Best Pet Insurance

Our dog Bailey has developed a problem with his left rear hock. He required an operation and bills were mounting up higher and higher. Being retired this caused us stress in addition to Bailey being unwell. Having paid each bill at our veterinary surgery the claim was forwarded to Pet Plan and paid to us within days.
