PetPlan are very slick to deal with especially with the facility to make claims electronically. Once you make a claim online, you receive your money back extremely quickly. The cover for life is extremely good especially as my pet has a longterm skin condition Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

I was worried when I first took pet insurance, because of all the stories I heard of companies not paying when needed. But there was no reason to worry with PetPlan. They respond to queries, ask for details from your vet and pay with no trouble. Definitely worth setting up insurance with PetPlan. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Fantastic service everytime

Always spot on with paying out directly to the vet, we have to claim regularly every month or so due to a lifetime illness my dog has. Can’t recommend enough. Reviewed on: 14th September 2021

Petplan always action claims quickly, they are fair and I can rest assured that my pets are covered when they are ill. It really is peace of mind, knowing that they can get the treatment they require. I want the best for my pets and Petplan are exactly that.
