Petplan is one of the most well-known pet insurers in the UK.

Petplan promise to never charge you more for claiming and they’ve created policies that cover some things other insurers don’t. You can get pet insurance for dogs, cats and rabbits. There’s also a multi-pet cover option.

Comprehensive coverage, no-nonsense claims.

While PetPlan isn't the cheapest insurance out there, it definitely offers some of the most comprehensive coverages! Injury, illness, dental, prescriptions, surgery, physiotherapy, congenital & hereditary conditions, behavioural conditions, online consultations... no matter what your pet needs, they really do come through for you. The cherry on top is the fact that claiming process is easy, fast, no-nonsense, and doesn't affect your premium. All my claims were processed quickly and the money was back in my bank account within days! Overall very satisfied with their services. Reviewed on: 10th September 2021

Been using for over 25 years brilliant service

This is my third dog insured with Pet Plan that I have had to claim for. Pet Plan are brilliant, I would not recommend any other Pet Insurance. My two previous dogs suffered tumours when they were over ten years old and my claims went through no problem. I have now got a nearly two year old bitch who has unfortunately got skin issues, I have been claiming for over a year and Pet Plan have been fantastic in getting my pennies back to me. Now it is online it is so easy. send a claim in. As an ex qualified Veterinary Nurse there is no one else I did or would recommend.
