Bordering On Fraud

I used Pockit for 6 months without any problems. Then last week my Prepaid Credit Card was refused 3 times even though I had plenty of money into my account to cover transactions. I was too late to stop my monthly SO transferring money to this account. Contacting Pockit is a nightmare. Emails are unanswered or contain bland uninformative responses. Phone calls go unanswered. At the same time I was blocked from taking money out, my SO never arrived in my account (and has not done so after 5 days even though my Bank is the same as the one they use). I have reported this to the police (ActionFraud) and my bank (who assure me the SO was paid in. Today I managed to get them on the phone. They told me my card had been stopped because of suspected fraudulent activity. They apparently never thought to inform me and could not tell me when or where this activity had taken place. They did not know what had happened to my SO. When I logged back in, the link to take money out was working, but I could not use it because my account balance had been reduced to zero though my online statement shows £70. I have a card that does not work, money that has vanished from my account, and a SO payment that has also vanished. One final point. I posted this on Facebook and was in the middle of helping two users with similar problems when all my posts were deleted and I can no longer post to Pockit's page. Only Facebook could have done this. It is interesting that this huge organisation will support its advertisers without checking the veracity of complaints. Update: - My problem has now been resolved (speedily) after I emailed [email protected] These are the people who licence Pockit. Disgusting

I've been with pockit for 3 years and they have now suspended my account asking for verification no phone not answering emails every thing is robots this is not right I can access my money this is my money not yours. Then to find out pockit is run by Pakistans and only 2 in office and not replying to anyone and also to find out they have been selling my details if u look in to your payees on Internet banking not app it shows they have been using my account to set up direct debits to 7 differnt country's Ukraine Pakistan this is not bank account guys if u have been with them it will eventually happen to u as they are fraudulent your accounts for there own personal uses then they hold on to your money and ask for more information don't fall for it any company that holds your money finicially should have contact number they are falling on vulnerable people guys please listen to me Reviewed on: 16th September 2023

Disgraceful company

Since I opened my account I’ve gave them all identification etc they ask for,then after allowing me to load £249 they have suspended my account . I have over a week ago gave them the info and still same ,3 emails and no answer and 2 subscriptions declined . Absolute joke of company Reviewed on: 1st September 2023

Dispute

I was scammed my a company, I opened a dispute the company then replied with fake evidence I then offered to give explanation that the evidence they have is fake and they also have more evidence they refused outright and said that is not possible even though it is via Mastercard dispute rules! Avoid at all costs!

Avoid this bank at all costs. I have sent 10+ emails about a disputed transaction and the fact that Pockit have received the funds from the disputed transactions and have also debited my account with the same amount…..stay well clear! Reviewed on: 17th July 2023

Complete spank

After months of being paid into my Pockit account by my company they suddenly froze my account and won’t let me access my money.
