not worth having, hidden fees , takes long time to load...

they charge you fees and you never see them in your statement, takes long time to lead via bank transfer, I just simply don't trust them and their exchange rates are really bad when I use it abroad. Reviewed on: 25th November 2016

Service has been great. My card arrived when you said it would (maybe even a little sooner) I had no problem changing my pin, and money's showed up within hours of putting it in. No problem either, with buying online. Fantastic service

I would avoid Pockit, I paid £80. onto my card which never arrived, a one off I thought, miscommunication I thought so I paid £200 onto my card, it was never added to my card although they acknowledged that they had received it. ??? Back and forth with emails and phone calls, after a month I gave up and asked my bank to recall the payments which they did. So my advise don't use Reviewed on: 14th November 2016
