Best customer service

Returning customer. Competitive for car insurance, but main reason is their customer service. Staff were friendly efficient and helpful. Query re changing car and car insurance dealt with efficiently and no long "holds' waiting to speak to someone. Car breakdown was dealt with quickly and I was kept informed of what was happening. Easy to deal with
