Excellent customer service

I have been with Sure Thing for about 4 years. They have always been competitive with their quotes. I have also found it easy to get through to someone to talk to, with regards to any renewals. Brilliant customer service.

Well I used the online chat and got speaking to someone called Simon what a lovely guy. I made contact to change my name due to getting married, he put me at ease straight away. He even wiped the admin fee as a wedding gift for me what a great gesture to make. Give this man a pay rise or something! not many people put you at ease that quick. Was just a nice Man.
