The answer is no now what is the question

I had a valid claim but Policy Expert’s underwriters told me I didn’t. It was up to me to quote my policy’s wording at the telephone operative because they either (I) didn’t seem familiar with their own definition of “accidental damage” or (ii) were hoping I would just accept what they said and go away. Avoid this insurer at all costs. Reviewed on: 15th September 2023

Do not bother with this company

Extremely poor service, if you make a claim you get messed about for months on end, fobbed off and cannot speak to a real person on the phone. The claims handling company are extremely poor as well. Reviewed on: 13th September 2023
