1 claim 8 months later still not repaired

Absolute nightmare, never have I ever experianced such awfull service until now. Have put in several complaints NOT ONCE HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE/RELATIONS CONTACTED ME. PLUS YOU CANT PHONE ANYONE AND TALK TO THEM AND TRINITY SEND 2 BIG MEN TO YOUR HOUSE WITH CAMERAS ROUND THERE NECK TO RECORD YOU, HOW INTIMIDATING,I have asked for a copy several times but No still waiting... You sent around one man by trade a plasterer to do a job of a plumber but he is not qualifed, paint decorate again he actully said he is not a decorater and painted all over my skirting doorframes, paint on furniture, when he took the ceiling down didnt cover my floor or stairs or shut doors, I am still cleaning dust now but my carpets are ruined, bathroom floor tiled , even though I pointed out that the one man band spilt all the cistern water on the floor and made it worse, you can not tile a wet damp floor but he did and some tiles did not settel so popped up, so they have put the toilet on them to make them set and not move! WOW would you like me to go on because this will take all day, I have been left without a working bathroom toilet, rubbish mini yellow skip bag on my drive and bathroom units just dumped in my back garden, my drive and door matt covered in plaster. My insurance ran out in June I couldn't switch because I have an open claim BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOT FIXED THE ESCAPE OF WATER BUT MADE IT WORSE! Reviewed on: 27th August 2023
