Value for money, clear policy

As a first time house buyer I had to buy buildings and content insurance for the first time. Policy Expert offered great value for money, add-ons, a reasonable excess and was easy to complete the quote. I’ve not had to make a claim yet (hopefully won’t ever have to!) but their reviews speak highly of their customer service which was reassuring when researching policies. It’s always difficult weighing up best value and assurance the provider will come through in a claim but Policy Expert seems a great option. Reviewed on: 10th September 2021

Since signing up with Pplicy Expert the customer service has been exceptional. I was kept regularly informed via email with regards to my policy and my policy was explained to me via telephone by a friendly and helpful member of staff.
