Friendly and human customer service

I had to speak to a customer service adviser when I took out my insurance and the lady I spoke to was warm, personable and extremely knowledgeable. Such a refreshing change to an automated phone menu system and chatbots. Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

Quick and easy to set up and understan

Web experience and review easy you understand and see the price change accordingly. Only critisim is that on a comparison site the price was very good and the lowest...after tweaking extra it actually was still a better deal. But overall very good experience and product. Quick, simple and cost effective!

I've used a number of home insurance providers in the past, and none have come even close to Policy Expert. The setup and application process was quick and simple. Additionally, the annual cost of my home insurance has come down to around half of what I paid to previous insurers. All in all an excellent insurer - I would highly recommend them!
