Easy peasy

Always get an email to renew my insurance and is always cheaper than anyone else who sends me dozens of quotes.easy to complete.the website is very easy to navigate and i can get my documents when ever i need them. Reviewed on: 24th July 2018

House Insurance Renewal

After being sent my renewal documents, I went on a comparison site to see if I could get a better price, which I could. I telephoned your renewals department to tell them of the better price I could get and the person I spoke to informed me that I was entitled to a £25 discount which was then in line with the other quotes I had received, so I renewed my policy. However, it would have been better if I had been given the discount I was entitled to on my renewal quote rather than me having to ring up to see if there was any we could do with the renewal cost. This is why I have only given 4 stars and not 5 stars. Reviewed on: 24th July 2018

So far, no issues

The part of 'Policy Expert' , who's selling the product, is no doubt good at their work. They were able to sell, called me on the dot that they promised me to call. But we need to find how good they are when I have a claim to be dealt with. We will see... so far, they are good. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2018
