Beneficial all round

I've had good, prompt service, especially when having to make a claim, over the past three years. Premium has not increased very much, year on year, unlike some insurance companies. I am a very satisfied customer, as, being retired, the premium is very reasonable and I need to watch my expenditure carefully. Reviewed on: 21st June 2018

I would definately recommend Policy Expert to anyone.

worth renewing with

Received my quote. was higher than last year. shopped around, found comparable prices, however, phoned up and Policy expert was able to match the best deal I had so I was happy to stay. All I will say is, why cant insurers give us the TRUE best quote, to save both us and them time with hunting for better deals and haggling for discounts. Let's aim for that next time guys. cheers. Excellent cover, excellent service, excellent price!

This is the 3rd consecutive year that I have insured my home and contents with Policy Expert. So far I have yet to find the same level of cover with another company for less - this year with all extras like key cover, home emergency, legal expenses, etc. they were still over £15 cheaper than the comparison websites. In previous years Policy Expert have also bettered quotes from elsewhere. Other than at policy renewal, I have not heard anything from them which, in my opinion, is a good thing - no marketing or hard selling phonecalls! When I have spoken with them, their staff have always been clear, concise, professional and friendly. I have no qualms about recommending Policy Expert to friends, family or anyone - in fact, two of my colleagues have also insured their homes and contents with them! Reviewed on: 18th June 2018
