Efficient and friendly

Although the online service was very good, I had a particular request that required me to talk to a 'human'. The member of staff I spoke to was very helpful and consequently, I was delighted that I could re-insure through Simply. Reviewed on: 8th March 2018

Great customer service with no fuss, and even better value

Just renewed my house insurance. The staff at Policy Expert were thorough and helpful, and managed to better the online quote. What really pleased me was that they took the time to explain the different aspects of the policy, and make clear what was, and what was not included. Helping a pensioner

Great cover and simple to set up

I arrived at the policy expert website via compare the meetkat search website, so all my details were already in place but their website is very easy to use,the levels of cover were by far better than comparable websites, I have more than adequate cover for my needs for less than half what I paid last year. All my documents were emailed to me immediately after purchase and I’m not set for my cover to start in a couple of days.
