Good product and friendly service

I was looking for an alternative provider for our home insurance as our renewal premium had increased by over 40% with our previous provider. I managed to get the same level of cover for £30 cheaper than we paid last year. I contacted customer services to clarify everything was included and then applied for the policy straight away. Dealt with in a sympathetic and unhurried professional manner.

I was not initially happy with my renewal premium but having discussed the matter further with the advisors I was given a further discount for the same level of cover. I received free legal cover and free home emergency meaning that I got the same level of cover as last year for a few pence cheaper. In this age of constant price hikes I was absolutely delighted and cannot recommend policy expert highly enough particularly the advisors that I dealt with. First class. Reviewed on: 6th August 2017
