Great cover with friendly helpful advisors

We had to have some of our dogs teeth removed as it is common in her breed to have dental issues. Despite a rigorous dental hygiene regime we were unable to prevent this. I contacted Purley Pets and run the through the claim with an advisor. They were really friendly and helpful. Once the vet had completed the surgery they sent off the claim form and I paid the vet. Once Purley Pets got the form a really help and friendly lady called me to confirm the details and explain what would happen next. I only had to wait a couple of weeks for the claim to be assessed and for the claim to be settled (This is usually quicker but they have a backlog due to COVID). The choices of cover are really good and comprehensive with a plan to suit all budgets. The staff. Have always been friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I would not go anywhere else now.
