Difficult to beat on price

I've had car insurance from QuotemeHappy.com for several years now and despite all the comparison websites out there, I've not been able to find a better price for the same policy. Reviewed on: 13th August 2019

Brilliant if you want on-line access to your policy

I like to add my son to the policy occasionally when he comes to visit for a few days and then take him back off again. With the on-line access I can do this myself so there are no administration fees and so I am only charged a pro-rata fee which works out quite reasonable. Reviewed on: 4th August 2019

Really reasonable premium, good customer service

Would definitely recommend this company, gave me by far the best quote even in my second year (normally shop around out of habit but nobody beat them!) Customer service is good. Paper free correspondence is a plus point. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2019

I have reviewed this company and proved that it is me and I am still waiting for them to reset my account. after they left me without a policy for 10 months and I was only aware when the motor insurance database got in touch with me. On-line only is ok when the web-site is working properly. I was quoted £10.78 2 days ago and thought I had paid as a notice, "Your payment has been successful" appeared...but the web page didn't move to confirmation. So I emailed them. It takes 48 hours to reply and they tell me my payment was not taken. I tried again today and was quoted £58.69. There is no way to question this, the help categories do not have this as an option. The virtual help can only answer FAQ's. So I have Tweeted their help. No reply. I change my car tomorrow. I decided to cancel this account and look for another but there is a £50 charge. Against my better judgement I decided to bite the bullet and pay. Guess what, the site is down! I will not be renewing in October and getting very worried about tomorrow. Ripped off £80

Having been with Quote Me Happy for 7 years and never needed to make a claim, I recently had to cancel my insurance with them because my car got written off. I could only contact them by email which took days and days to solve my issue, I got not only charged too much for the cancellation fee but also they refunded me only some of my money. £80 too short. After that they stopped responding to my emails. I was absolutely disgusted with the service I got from Quote Me Happy and would advise everyone not to do business with them. I will be getting in touch with BBC Watchdog to have Quote Me Happy investigated. Reviewed on: 23rd November 2018
