Long Term Customer

Excellent banking at rbs

Rbs is the best bank having been with others they are the best.they are helpful , offer great support and are fast to help with any problems and don't put ridiculous charges onto your account.overall there is nothing bad about them only positive and glad i joined them. Easy to access

The banking app is really easy to use and access. I visited a branch for the first time in a long time and the staff were helpful, pleasant, efficient and not at all pushy, just right. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2017

POOR BRANCH NETWORK

RBS ARE CLOSING LOCAL BRANCHES. IN OUR AREA THREE HAVE CLOSED IN RECENT MONTHS. THAT HAS RESULTED IN HUGE QUEUES AT THE NEAREST REMAINING BRANCH TO US. RBS CLEARLY HAS NO IDEA HOW MUCH DAMAGE THIS IS DOING TO ITS ALREADY THREADBARE REPUTATION - THEY SHOULD BE EXPANDING SERVICE TO LOCAL COMMUNITIES, NOT REDUCING IT. Reviewed on: 15th November 2017
