New service information being posted to current customers

I have had a few letters from the RBS in the run up to Christmas advertising new services they have for offers such as cash back on your monthly bills. I like being offered and informed about some of the services and options available but some of them did not really suit me or my buying and savings habits. I may make a change to one of the payed accounts in the future and use the 3% rewards on household bills they told me about in one of the letters. This will more than cover the cost of the new account and costs. It would be good for me if there was some way of giving them basic information about my buying and savings habits even if not the details online so that I don't get all the junk mail for offers what will never be any use to me. Outstanding mobile app!!

I joined RBS in July 2018, and it has been nothing but a pleasure since! I downloaded the mobile app straight away so that I could get to know it, and the features are amazing! Checking balances easily (hiding them as well!), GetCash, pay your contacts, applying for new products. It really is a cut above everyone else! Will continue to use it for the rest of my days! super quick & easy
