Help when needed the most

I haven't had any issues with my account. In fact RBS helped me when I went well over my overdraft limit due to a hotel charge. They reimbursed me until the hotel cancelled the preauthorisation. This meant i wouldn't get charged. I was in a right panic and RBS put my mind at ease. The Reward Platinum account itself is a good value account and i use a number of the benefits. I have been with the rbs for years.

I have been with the rbs for years. Every day my account and money is suspended from 2 am. For half an hour. Can't login to my account nor spend any funds in my account everyday from 2 am. Also Normally wages hit your account 12 midnight on a thursday. Rbs is 2 or 3 in the morning. I wonder what are they doin for 3 4 hours with my wages .. oh yes thay do this on a vast scale and earn interest for the back while with holding moneys that isn't thers to be making interest off!!! App and customer support

RBS have made continual improvements to their app and you can now pretty much so everything you need via the app and manage all of your accounts . The chat help both Ai and online chat is excellent Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Excellent customer service

Issues can be resolved by speaking with 'real people'. While the company is digitalised, you can still go into a branch or phone and speak to someone foe advice. The digital banking app is excellent, it serves all purposes that I have ever needed so far and it's reliable. Great customer service, which counts for a lot these days. Reviewed on: 30th March 2022
