You can't close your account or make any withdrawals without providing 95 days’ notice. Interest is paid monthly or annually. There’s UK based support, seven days a week and you can apply for an account in minutes.

Great customer service

Phoned up the RCI Bank customer service line a few times when switching over my savings account, and couldn't have been more impressed by the friendly, informative staff on the other end (especially in comparison to my other bank at the time).
