Web site easy to navigate and system for account entry seems secure. when i first opened my account with RCl i had trouble with my password i got intouch with customer service and the person i was talking to was very helpfull and guided me online with my account and sorted it out he was very patient as im very nervous,,,,i was quite impressed.
