Amazing experience 100% recommend

Amazing experience. It’s been over 8years and I am so glad I’m banking with RCI. You get heads up if there’s going to be a change which includes banking time and holiday season which allows you to be able to plan ahead. Happy with RCA Bank - and am staying!

I’ve been with RCI Bank for a good many years now. Haven’t needed to contact customer services except once some years ago - can’t remember the issue but it wasn’t a big problem, just a general enquiry about their different savings accounts and was dealt with by an efficient and pleasant person. Their interest rates are always good and very fair and I won’t be spending hours on comparison sites anymore as I once did. I’m happy with RCI Bank Reviewed on: 9th April 2026
