Peace of mind

Ever since I began putting regular payments into RCI, I've had peace of mind, knowing that there were funds available, and that I could withdraw them as needed. Very User-Friendly Bank

The staff at Customer Services (based in the U.K.) invariably answer calls very promptly and are friendly, welcoming, respectful and genuinely knowledgeable. R.C.I. Bank's website is clear and easy to navigate. Existing customers enjoy the same rates as new ones - no need to constantly switch accounts in order to obtain higher rates. However, R.C..I.'s interest rates are generally very slightly uncompetitive with reasonable comparisons. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026
