Just a great bank from the customer perspective.

Whether via on-line banking, or via the app, or by telephone one gets a first class service. I've had need to use all 3 methods to communicate with RCI in the last month, and on every occasion the intereaction has been excellent. Recommend strongly. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026

This is a good basic savings account.

This is a good basic savings account. It does not always pay the highest interest rates available but is consistently good, meaning that there is no need to keep switching accounts.
