Just a great bank from the customer perspective.

Whether via on-line banking, or via the app, or by telephone one gets a first class service. I've had need to use all 3 methods to communicate with RCI in the last month, and on every occasion the intereaction has been excellent. Recommend strongly. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026

This is a good basic savings account.

This is a good basic savings account. It does not always pay the highest interest rates available but is consistently good, meaning that there is no need to keep switching accounts. Why use the postal service for an on line account?

It all worked except I guess the long wait for the posted confirmation code. The first didn't arrived and the 3nd request took another week. Seems very odd to use the postal service as part of an on line account. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026
