I expect a consistent approach to user experience

I expect a consistent approach to accessing my account without regular tweaks which alter the touch and feel of a web site without providing a benefit which is justified and useful to the customer. RCI is the only one of many accounts I have where I can log in after a break and continue seamlessly. Reviewed on: 26th March 2025

Love my RCI account

I love my RCI Freedom Savings account. It feels extremely secure and offers a fabulous interest rate, it's so nice to see my money both protected and recognised every month. Money is able to be moved quickly as needed and I always receive great communication as to the status of withdrawals and deposits.
