RCI recognises the importance of Customer Satisfaction

I have dealt with RCI entirely online and this has, with other organisations, sometimes presented problems. RCI however has been 100% user-friendly, easy to follow and efficiently processing actions. Savings to spend.

I use RCI bank for savings to build a pot for Things I want to buy. They are very prompt to acknowledge my deposits also quick with withdrawals. The interest is good. the only thing I would like would be an ISA. Reviewed on: 12th March 2025
