Paperwork is onerous for a simple product switch. Simple important key details such as term, rate %, when rate runs out etc should be bigger and bold and on one single sheet. The numbering on your pages is confusing. Reviewed on: 8th June 2023

Saffron were unable to accept child maintenance payments as income - making mortgages prohibitive for single parents. Court ordered child maintenance is as a result of messy legal battles - and to be avoided at all costs. Reviewed on: 30th May 2023
