Crap society

Didn't admit error or inconvenience. Turned down my complaint and ignored the ombudsman deadline and then only paid redress. Slow and non existent customer service treating a new customer like the devil Reviewed on: 13th October 2025

I have had several children's monthly savers and the...

I have had several children's monthly savers and their corresponding annual savings accounts for a number of years. The service I receive in branch is excellent; the staff always pleasant and obliging. My only grouse would be the tedious maturity ritual that I endure for each account every year. I would like the savings to be continuous without having to relate my (same) requirements every year to staff. Why can't you just mark the accounts as continuous, move maturity value to named account each year and reduce the hassle? You might also save unnecessary expenditure on postage. The present APP is very good and a great improvement on the previous versions. Disappointing that the interest rates have not been held at their higher level and have dropped so drastically. Question

I have a Members Monthly Loyalty Saver but cannot determine from either your website or my online access whether the interest rate is fixed or variable. According to your website this account seems to no longer be available. According to my online access the interest rate does not have either the word Variable or Fixed as a qualifier. Please clarify.
