Great regular saver rates albeit on quite small amounts

Fixed term regular saver

The rate on the fixed term regular saver at 3.7% is poor compared to others (Halifax at 5.5% and First Direct at 7% as examples). There is no facility for regular transfers from the variable term saving account so they have to be made manually every month. Reviewed on: 12th February 2026

Could do better, much better

Deposits , once matured should by default go into the best instant access account available not some derisory default account . Rates generally are low but service is good . Reviewed on: 12th February 2026

Good rates, good products and friendly staff.

Good rates, good products and friendly staff. The new app works well and is easy to use. It is a pity their ISA'S don't pay interest out monthly as we rely on savings to provide income. Reviewed on: 12th February 2026

Could improve information about available rates.

Operating the account is quite easy,as good as any on=line account. However I was disappointed to find on routinely checking my balance that there was now available a new account identical in access to the current one I have with a higher interest rate. Reviewed on: 12th February 2026
