Understanding and Knowledgeable

The call handler understood my problem, understood what I wanted to do and did it quickly and efficiently. He also took on board the shortfall in the information in my maturity email and advised that steps are being taken to rectify this. A job well done, thank you. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025
