Great advice and service

My two year savings bond is due to mature on December 12 2024 and I was given excellent advice by staff at the Royston branch. I have now prepared for the majority of the funds to be transferred into a new one year bond with the interest paid into my bank account. Great service Reviewed on: 2nd December 2024

Covenant location

Friendly staff and very quick service very covenant location as it is the last money bank type of shop left in the local town where I live. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2024

Passbook irregularities

I am baffled by all the entries in the passbook which are not necessarily in date order and some are superfluous and/or illogical. I questioned these in my local branch but did not receive acceptable answers. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2024
