Question resolved quickly on 2 year fixed rate Cash ISA

I had a question about a 2 year fixed cash ISA which I sent to customer service and the polite and efficient email reply came back the next day. This wasn't a complicated request but the answer came back promptly which was good in my eyes. Reviewed on: 25th March 2024

I'll Impossible password login

Trying to log in after account lock. Your automated password issue is what can only be described as SHIT. You need to separate thr wording from the passcode. Currently, password:is:*"':;!()/-_*¢$¥ every stupid icon that can be found on a keyboard. You need .... password.,..is. .( GAP)...,..(very simple letters) and numbers for those of us over 18 to understand on a mobile phone./ Computer. Reviewed on: 25th March 2024
