It was complicated by the fact that the office was closed for reorganisation one weekend and staff training the next and this led to a series of misunderstandings on my part. However, all was sorted quite soon and satisfactorily. Thank you. Reviewed on: 21st December 2023

Branch very helpful. Been a pain to open the account as made a special trip to the branch as couldn't open online, paid a cheque in to open it and then the cheque bounced because of the signature. Know it's not Saffrons fault, just painful Reviewed on: 21st December 2023
